Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive executive assistant to provide high-level support to the COO within the Corporate and Investment Banking perimeter.

His/her main responsibilities are:

Manage the relationship between a manager and the teams (dissemination of information...);
Carry out the typical assistant missions (management of complex agendas; Organization of travel; etc.);
Management and administrative follow-up of teams;
Manage budget and purchasing processes (order management, invoicing, contracts, etc.);
Draft and format various media (communications, meeting notes, presentations);
Support and involvement with teams on various subjects;
Logistical aspects;
Budget monitoring / contract monitoring / invoice validation;
Events

Qualifications

Excel (budget tracking and reporting - simple formulas, sorting, filtering);
Advanced knowledge of Office 365;
Appetence for digital and collaborative tools;
Fluent in French and a very good level of English (madatory);
Reliability and rigors;
High description;
High organizational skills;
Versatility;
Ability to work in a team and remotely;
Good interpersonal skills.
