Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and be fluent in French at a C1 level or above. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working on innovative ServiceNow solutions within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes.
Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow platform upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for ServiceNow-related incidents.
Ensure alignment with best practices for system administration, security, and data integrity.
Communicate effectively in French with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Mandatory: Minimum of 1 year experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
Proficiency in French (C1 Level or above).
European citizenship.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
Proven track record of working remotely and delivering high-quality results.
