We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager who is strategic, experienced and collaborative to join our Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain team, based in our Bulle office in Switzerland.
About the role
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will lead the warehouse organization in Bulle while contributing to the broader Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain strategy. You will focus on performance, organizational development and continuous improvement, while ensuring safe, HSE-compliant, quality-driven and efficient operations. The role offers strong exposure to international and Global Supply Chain stakeholders, with opportunities to broaden your scope and develop towards future Supply Chain leadership responsibilities.
Who you'll work with
You will work closely with Warehouse & Logistics teams in Bulle, as well as Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain leaders and teams based in Belgium. You will collaborate across sites and functions, including Manufacturing, Quality, HSE and Global Supply Chain. Team Leaders will ensure day-to-day operational execution, allowing you to focus on strategic priorities, organizational development and stakeholder management.

What you'll do
- Lead Warehouse & Logistics performance, ensuring safe, HSE-compliant and efficient operations.
- Develop the warehouse roadmap aligned with Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement, transformation initiatives and operational performance through relevant KPIs.
- Champion a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.
- Develop Team Leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership maturity.
- Build strong relationships with international, cross-functional and senior Supply Chain stakeholders.

- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Leadership experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated potential for broader Supply Chain leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing teams, developing leaders and driving organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in international and matrix organizations.
- Strong HSE mindset, with fluent French and English and excellent communication skills.
