Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Account Coordinator
- Customer-oriented with a service-first mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems
- Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls and emails to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide
- Research and identify required equipment or specialists for each request
- Provide courteous and informative customer support with strong service knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues such as delays or delivery concerns
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and monitor job progress
- Participate in on-call service rotations with compensation
