Account Executive (French, and English speaker)

So what is the role about?

As our next Account Executive, you will join our inspiring international team of revenue makers at the forefront of innovation and growth, where success is achieved collaboratively without having to elbow your way forward. Here you won't just be part of a team but a dynamic force shaping the future of People Success Platforms in the global market.

In this role, your expertise will be the driving force behind our venture into the exciting French market. You are expected to use your knowledge and experience to work with our esteemed clients and engage with many stakeholders. Besides this, you will have the opportunity to work with many different parts. Including:
  • Presenting the unique value Eletive brings to organizations and guide potential customers through the nuances of Eletive's People Success Platform.
  • Engage with multiple ongoing stakeholders and accounts, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Showcase our platform through compelling presentations, always staying two steps ahead of competitors.
  • Overall responsible for setting ambitious goals and delivering on target.
  • Key responsible for your designated market vertical, employee size category, industry and/or country/region.
  • Proactively identify and fill your pipeline with prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Orchestrating the sales process getting support from various other internal stakeholders such as Marketing, BDR, CSM, Product and Management.
  • Present Eletive in potential customer steering group meetings.
  • Handle legal and data structure discussions.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitors and work with the latest sales technology and processes to stay efficient.

To thrive in the role we believe that you...
  • Have at least 2 years of proven sales track record in similar SaaS industries, preferably within HR Tech.
  • Consider yourself tech-savvy, having proficiency in using HubSpot and Sales Navigator as intermediate tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a structured approach.
  • Are reliable, responsive and a collaborative team player.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and share your skills and knowledge with the team.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for understanding and responding to customer needs.
  • Capability to navigate and lead deals in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Like analyzing and developing yourself, your sales technique, and your results.
  • Have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are a driving force in work.
  • Fluent proficiency in both French and English is a must.
  • Holds a valid work permit and is available for hybrid work from our Malmö office.
