So what is the role about? As our next French-speaking
Account Executive, you'll join our vibrant, international team of revenue drivers. At Eletive, we prioritize teamwork, where your success comes from collaboration rather than competition.
You'll be part of the
French squad, taking on the challenge of expanding Eletive's footprint in the exciting French market. Using your expertise and experience, you'll engage with multiple stakeholders, building relationships and closing deals that bring real value to organizations. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Showcasing Eletive's Value: Present our People Success Platform to potential customers, highlighting its unique benefits and customizing solutions to address specific challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Juggle multiple ongoing accounts, deeply understanding prospect's needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Market Expertise: Own your market segment, whether by industry, company size, or region, staying informed of trends and continuously adapting your approach.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build and manage your pipeline by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, ensuring consistent growth.
- Collaborative Sales Process: Partner with internal teams like Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth and effective sales journey.
- Handling Complexity: Lead discussions around legal frameworks, data structures, and compliance, ensuring all prospect's needs are met.
- Staying Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends and competitive landscape to ensure Eletive stays at the forefront of the market.
To thrive in the role we believe that you have... - A Proven Track Record: With at least 2 years of success in sales within the SaaS space, ideally in HR Tech, you know how to close deals and grow accounts.
- Customer-First Passion: You're driven by understanding your customer's needs and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Whether presenting to a prospect or collaborating with teammates, your communication is always clear, structured, and impactful.
- Tech-Savviness: CRM systems and sales tools are your friends-you navigate them with ease and use them to stay organized and efficient.
- Team Spirit: You're not just reliable and responsive-you're a true team player who thrives on collaboration and shared success.
- A Self-Starter Attitude: You don't wait around for direction. You're always on the lookout for ways to improve processes, drive initiatives, and make things happen.
- Bilingual Fluency: You're fully fluent in both French and English, able to communicate and build relationships seamlessly in both languages.
- Flexibility for Hybrid Work: You have the right to work in Sweden and are ready for hybrid work, with regular days in our Malmö office.
