ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are a team of passionate Sales Representatives, offering extensive training and development opportunities to support strong career growth. This is not just a sales role-it is a consultative position where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors. As a leading marketplace in the wedding sector, we are the go-to reference for businesses operating in this industry. This allows us to take a consultative sales approach, not only advising clients with personalized campaigns but also training them in marketing and sales strategies to help them grow their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, renew and expand of the assigned client portfolio
• Training and consulting for clients: provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand and leverage products/services to meet their business needs.
• Management of cancellation requests from dissatisfied customers, with the aim of recovering them
• Recovery of former customers, trying to dig into what the problems were in the previous campaign and find a solution that can better satisfy their needs, with the aim of making them our customers again for the long term

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
• Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
• Excellent listening and communication abilities
• Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven
• A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
• Native-level French and fluent English proficiency
• Excellent ability to organize your agenda and good ability to use Excel

WORK MODEL:

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you'll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
