About this positionTree-Nation's corporate client base is growing, and this role exists to make sure that growth compounds. You'll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts across English and Spanish-speaking markets, developing and nurturing relationships to grow each client's commitment to reforesting the world with Tree-Nation. Through close collaboration with Customer Success and a continuous drive to sharpen your strategies, you'll turn satisfied clients into long-term partners - and long-term partners into bigger ones.
What You'll Do - Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and renewals for your portfolio.
- Maintain current commitments while simultaneously identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing revenue per account.
- Minimize churn across your portfolio by identifying risks early and proactively engaging with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams, understanding Tree-Nation's platform, tools, and workflows to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and interpret platform data related to orders, planting progress, and project execution - taking full accountability for identifying inconsistencies, troubleshooting issues, and driving resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify areas of process improvement and consistently follow up on customer feedback with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, account monitoring, and reporting - continuously looking for ways to work smarter across your portfolio.
What You'll BringRequired - Full professional fluency in English and French.
- Proven experience in B2B account management.
- Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills, paired with technical curiosity and systems thinking.
- Comfort working with digital platforms, CRMs, dashboards, and structured data, and the ability to quickly learn new internal tools.
- Ability to reason about complex operational and technical flows, not just manage relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and measurable impact.
- Highly efficient, proactive, and accountable in day-to-day execution.
Strong Advantage - Experience in a subscription-based, SaaS, or platform-driven environment.
- Proficiency in an additional language beyond English and French.
