About the roleWe're looking for a
strong, revenue-driven Account Manager who excels at expanding and closing deals within an existing portfolio. This role is all about
commercial growth, strategic influence, and high-impact negotiations.
You are a
true sales closer - a consultant who combines strong business judgment with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You're confident, persuasive, and know how to turn opportunities into revenue while keeping long-term relationships strong.
Your Responsibilities- Own and grow your portfolio of existing clients
- Build strong trust-based relationships and become a key partner to your clients
- Identify expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) and turn them into closed deals
- Lead contract negotiations and close expansion revenue
- Drive aggressive growth of your portfolio's MRR
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align on renewal strategy and client satisfaction, while you lead the commercial agenda
About you- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales, with a strong track record of revenue expansion and closing deals within an existing portfolio
- You've successfully sold to mid-market / mid-sized organizations, managing multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Experience with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions
- Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach
- You are a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and close expansion deals
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus
- You have a builder mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment
- You're optimistic, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
