Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves:
- Align with Regional Head/Team Lead on target markets and sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow a pipeline to meet annual financial goals through corporate sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Represent ACT externally at industry events to boost visibility and stay informed on market trends.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ACT's full product portfolio, including ACT commodities business, digital and primary solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely trade capture and use of internal platforms like CRM and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and industry partners. Drive continuous innovation through the development of new product features and services
Your Expertise: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field-ideally within sustainability, commodities, or environmental markets.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environment, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Client-focused communicator with strong speaking, listening, and stakeholder management skills to build trust and drive business with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying market gaps, developing innovative sales strategies, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Analytical thinker with market research and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions, navigate client challenges, and seize emerging opportunities in the sustainability sector.
- Collaborative team player who works closely with internal departments (sales, trading, legal, marketing, etc.) to align goals and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while delivering short- and long-term business impact.
