Responsibilities:- Assisting with Management accounts preparation
- Treatment of the bookkeeping
- Invoicing clients
- Processing Accounts payable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing transfers within the payment system (identifying misconfigurations and miscalculations)
- Assist in ad hoc analyses for Finance or other teams » Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination
- Any other Ad Hoc tasks as required within the Finance Team
- Assist in gathering documentation and information for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Participate in process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial controls and efficiency
Requirements- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating cloud applications
- Analytical, problem solving mind
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality
- Able to multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- A proactive hands-on attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop self
- The ability to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards
