About your workplaceMiele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.
You will be responsible for:- processing of refunds to customers;
- posting and allocating of payments and clarification of payment differences;
- reconciliation of accounts and discrepancies' clarification;
- answering queries related to dunning letters (emails and phone calls in French);
- performing customer credit rating research;
- supporting overdue control and follow-up program for customers (preparation of payment plan);
- cash collection
What we expect:- credit check and order release.
- relevant experience in AR processes;
- min. B2 level of French and communicative in English;
- good MS-Office skills;
- team player able to work in cross cultural team;
- attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
