What You Can Expect

How You'll Create Impact

• Upload of bank statement from bank
• Processing bank payments
• Bank Accounts reconciliations
• Investigation and resolving of unknown items on bank statements
• Review Transistory GLs, follow up and resolve items not allocated by other Towers.
• Cash allocations/ Cash Pool transactions
• Processing fixed asset subledger transactions per guidelines: adding new asset as per eCAR request, modifying asset, scrapping asset
• Depreciation run
• Fixed Assets reconciliation preparer
• Lease accounting - prepare JE based on Lease controller & upload the data
• Preparation of Data Forms related with Fixed Assets in HFM/ Financial reports
• Audit Support

What Makes You Stand Out

• Strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills.
• General understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to think critically to perform other duties and ad-hoc requests, as assigned.
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Communicative spoken and written English is a must
