The Opportunity

In our "Corporate Risk and Broking" division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients' corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.

From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

What You'll Bring

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.

You'll be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks:

• Delivery of statements of situation for motor clients
• Update the company's third-party database (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
• Ensure the day-to-day relationship with internal clients (telephone and written) relating to the contracts for which he/she is responsible
• Update statistical reports
• Third-party follow-up (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
• File administrative completion

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of insurance contracts is considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Effective prioritisation and time management abilities
• High level of accuracy and adherence to rules, procedures, and deadlines
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise information clearly
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Proficiency in French: minimum B2 required, C1 preferred
