At Webfleet we're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented
Administration Specialist in Barcelona to be part of our Admin team dedicated to our
FRENCH customer base.
Your Day-to-Day: You will report to the Administration Team Lead and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate handling of customer contracts and after-sales activities.
- Managing contract-related actions after signature, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Handling after-sales requests such as contract changes, invoicing, and retention activities
- Supporting customers via phone and email with a strong focus on quality and satisfaction
- Coordinating customer data updates and maintaining data accuracy
- Managing complaint cases from initiation to resolution
- Performing invoicing-related administrative tasks in line with legal requirements
- Collaborating with Accounts Receivable on payment-related topics
- Following up on proactive tasks (e.g. rejected direct debits, dunning, rental returns)
- Acting as a link between internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Who are you?- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English & French required (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in Sales Administration, Customer Support or a related field.
- Understanding and focus on customer-centric behaviours
- High attention to details and ability to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within/across teams
- Preferred: experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Plus: familiarity with process improvement initiatives and/or system testing
