What will you do?

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.

You'll be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks:

• Insurance Oversight :
  • Participate in the tender process, facilitating seamless communication with insurers.
  • Consolidate insurer responses and ensure meticulous validation of insurance contracts.
• Tech-Driven HR Management :
  • Manage the HR extranet, showcasing proficiency in document control.
  • Develop and update user-friendly documents, including HR guides and employee resources.
  • Provide expert customer support, addressing HR-related inquiries with precision
• Data Coordination Expertise :
  • Coordinate seamless data transfers from clients.
  • Create Business Impact Analysis.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join in a large and dynamic organization.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• French language proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of insurance contracts is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, with strong respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarise and synthesise information clearly.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
