A glimpse of your daily mission
- Manage aftersales cases with professionalism and follow-up, ensuring customers receive clear and timely updates.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and manufacturing teams to gather information and coordinate the next steps.
- Review customer feedback and product issues to help identify patterns and support continuous improvement.
- Document case details and decisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper process alignment.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty requests, including replacements or adjustments when needed.
- Support dealers and partners by providing guidance on product handling, installation, and issue resolution.
- Escalate recurring or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a constructive, solution-oriented communication style with customers and internal stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor/University Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent studies).
- Fluent in French and English languages (business professional).
- Background in quality and/or aftersales roles, preferably within the industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
