In this role, the Analytical Consultant (with Dutch or French) will execute projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data and constructing presentations.
Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data;
• Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs;
• Build a story line (category overview as well as issue-based analysis), draft presentations, draw conclusions, and propose recommendations (E2E process);
• Deliver final presentations and present recommendations to clients;
• Attend client meetings and presentations over the phone and in-person;
• Discuss analytical design to manage clients' expectations;
• Learn how to incorporate Quantified Business Opportunities to make recommendations actionable.
Qualifications For this business crucial role, you will have to possess strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You are a team player - orientated to details and an analytical approach will make you successful in the analytical part of the job. It is key to have the ability to draw conclusions and visualize a lot of data points in a simplified way. For the client-facing part, excellent presentation and communication skills are key, combined with being a good listener to understand what our clients really need and want from our data and NielsenIQ as a provider.
•
Ideally 2 - 5 years of professional experience in FMCG/retail is not a must, but strongly appreciated; • Business English knowledge, both verbal and written;
• Fluent Dutch or French language skills; • Advanced analytical skills;
• Good communication skills & visualization skills - interested in storytelling techniques;
• Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment;
• Ability to work within a virtual environment;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other apps in the Office 365 suite;
• Organizational & interpersonal skills;
• Interest in the commercial industry.
