Join Our Team as Accounts Receivable with French!Main Purpose of the Role:The Accounts Receivable is to assist in the efficient management of the company's accounts receivable processes. This includes tasks such as invoicing and billings, debit and credit notes, maintaining accurate records of post receivables entries, cash applications and remittances.
Responsibilities: - Assist in generating/checking customer invoices based on approved orders and delivery documents.
- Verify invoice details, collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to resolve billing discrepancies under guidance.
- Support in applying customer payments to relevant accounts, reconciling received payments with outstanding invoices.
- Posts incoming payments into SAP.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for efficiency enhancement.
- Develop effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Address basic stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating growing interpersonal skills and customer service.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in accounts receivable, credit management, or order-to-cash processes, preferably in shared services or regional teams.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Languages: Professional-level English and French
- Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and customer-oriented approach.
