Position Description

- Perform Order to Cash activities related to accounting (e.g. clearings credit notes with open items, booking customer payments, prepayments)

- Being in charge of closing out the month or quarter (checking accounts and making financial reports)

- Post manual & intercompany invoices (recharges)

- Compliance with SOX procedures and audit controls

- Execute the collection process for French customers

- Monitor and perform Order Release & Credit Management process

- Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sales and customer care

Position Requirements

- At least 1 year experience of working in accountancy/ finance.

- Fluency in French and English at a communicative level

- Experience in working in international environment; preferably in shared service environment

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or any other ERP System preferred

- Experience in working with end-customers would be a great asset

- Experience in working in finance/accountancy would be a plus

- Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
