Your main responsibilities will be:

• Complete processing of bank statements of the European locations of the Knorr-Bremse Group
• Management of customer accounts and maintenance of receivables
• Monitoring of receivables and preparation of overdue reports
• Active communication and cooperation with customers
• Communication with other locations and departments within the Knorr-Bremse Group
• Participation on period-end closing activities

Ideal prerequisites:

• High school/university education, economics preferred
• Communicative knowledge of English and French is necessary, other languages as a plus
• Computer knowledge - MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP preferred
• Accounting experience preferred, customer service experience sufficient
• Professional, communicative personality
• A sense for careful and responsible work, proactive approach
• The position is also suitable for beginners and graduates
