Role Responsibilities
  • Operating within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in France and the Benelux countries.
  • Building effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.
  • Handling the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensuring a smooth and proper credit risk assessment.
  • Working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.


Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English and French languages.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to influence and drive execution.
  • Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1116 - 1925 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
