About the role
We are growing our Corporate team and are seeking to add an Associate.
You will report to the office managing partner, and work alongside the Partners and Associates to help clients succeed in realizing their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing accurate advice to clients
• Delivering excellent client service
• Preparing and negotiating Jersey transaction documents
• Liaising with instructing counsel to provide Jersey transaction management support
• Managing deadlines effectively
• Preparing fee estimates and keeping clients updated in relation to fees
• Managing work in progress.
• Taking responsibility for delegated work and asking for appropriate guidance from the Partners and senior lawyers as necessary
• Contribute to producing know-how
• Support the Partners in developing more junior members of the team
• Assisting the Partners and senior lawyers with appropriate business development activities.

What you need
• 2-3 years relevant pqe
• Fluent German or French speaker
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Admitted in Luxembourg (List I or IV)
• We are ideally seeking candidates who are currently based in Luxembourg
• Flexible mindset with a proven track record of navigating diverse challenges
