Your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs and coordinating appointments for our 130 branches in Germany and Austria. Our customer service is not only the first point of contact for our customers, but also the flagship of our company. By providing superior and unique services, we ensure that our customers' expectations are consistently exceeded and customer satisfaction is always outstanding

Your new role:- Drive sales through proactive B2C calls, engaging customers to understand their needs and coordinate branch evaluation visits;
- Ensure client satisfaction, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions;
- Build lasting relationships with customers, making sure their needs are met;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
What we expect from our new colleague:- Fluent written and spoken French language skills; Intermediate English level;
- Experience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls;
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with clients;
- You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated to achieve results;
- Comfortable in a repetitive environment, adaptable and methodical.
