Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager

Context & Objectives
The creation of a new "Entrepreneurs and Family" platform, derived from a strategic transformation program, requires the setup of an expert team capable of delivering processes and solutions in project mode.

The role involves close collaboration with multiple business entities (existing and new) and includes:

• Analysis of current and target processes (Business Analysis)
• Definition of implementation strategy (Project Management & BA)
• Project deployment and execution
• Business support during certification and service go-live phases

Position Overview
The Services Division is responsible for developing Portfolio, Order and Advisory-related application services to enhance and support existing Front Office and Investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and act as a key interface with external vendors, integrators, and business stakeholders
• Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of deliverables from integrators
• Manage and enrich the product backlog with detailed functional specifications
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and perform impact analysis
• Produce and review general and detailed functional specifications
• Communicate requirements effectively to all stakeholders
• Understand system functions and contribute to the evolution of the functional architecture
• Ensure proper documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Review SIT test cases
• Prepare and support UAT phases
• Identify and escalate risks and issues

Contributing Responsibilities

• Contribute to change management initiatives
• Support incident analysis and resolution when required
• Participate in defining and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Align systems and processes with TOM requirements

Expected Deliverables

• Detailed analysis of current configurations
• Collection and documentation of business needs
• Functional specifications for development teams
• Knowledge sharing and alignment of solutions across teams
• Definition and documentation of test strategies and plans
• Execution and coordination of SIT and UAT phases
• Strong collaboration with business users throughout the lifecycle

Technical & Functional Skills
Mandatory

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
• Strong functional expertise in Wealth Management (MANDATORY - MUST HAVE)
• Good understanding of Advisory services (strong plus)
• Knowledge of:
  • Portfolio Management
  • Risk modeling and optimization
  • Order lifecycle (Order Cycle)
• Experience with:
  • JIRA & Confluence
  • SQL
• Understanding of REST API design principles and best practices
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments

Nice to Have

• REST API development experience
• Knowledge of Temenos Triple'A
• Design Thinking
• Cybersecurity awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Product Owner / Scrum Master certification is a plus
• SAFe Agile Practitioner is a plus
• Fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory
