Back Office Support Specialist with French

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations.
• Analyze pricing, costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and technical teams.
• Maintain quotation data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Follow up on quotations and support order acquisition.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• IT & Digital Skills:
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and IT tools in general and MS Office tools:
• Customer-oriented mindset;
• Practical and solution-oriented approach;
• Professional written and verbal communication;
• Ability to identify unexpected situations and to activate escalation management when required;
• Clear information transmission and follow-up;
• Multichannel communication (email, phone, portals, ticketing...);
• Proficiency in French and English language.
