Job Description
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Defining product features according to customer needs.
- Leading the development process.
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
- Create the items in the backlog of the feature team, build the release planning and communicate on the progression.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the IT area or equivalent.
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Experience working with project tasking tools (e.g., JIRA ).
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
