L'enseignant du poste fléché est un enseignant du premier degré possédant une expertise spécifique dans le domaine de l'enseignement des langues vivantes. Son action auprès des enseignants et des élèves s'exerce dans le cadre du projet d'établissement et du projet langues piloté par le proviseur et la directrice de l'école. Il a en charge l'enseignement de l'anglais sur l'ensemble du cycle 2 et assure en co- enseignement les cours de Questionner le Monde.

Missions :
L'enseignant, sous l'autorité du chef d'établissement et du principal de la section française et comme défini dans le projet d'école, devra :
- assurer l'enseignement de l'anglais sur les classes du cycle 2
- Prendre en compte la diversité des élèves dans l'évaluation et l'enseignement
- co-enseigner avec le PE en anglais sur les temps de Questionner le Monde
- élaborer des outils de classe et d'évaluation pour ces disciplines
- participer aux réunions d'école ou inter-cycles spécifiques à l'organisation et à l'évaluation de ces enseignements ;
- participer aux formations dédiées
- Assurer la sécurité des élèves ainsi que leur surveillance
