Job Title: French/English PR Editor

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Monthly Salary: 2400-2500 EUR Gross (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Hybrid model - 3 days in the office, afternoon shift - 1pm to 10pm shift

Are you a fluent French and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills? Do you have experience in providing excellent customer service and support? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a dedicated French/English PR Editor to join our team at Notified. As a PR Editor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients who range from C-Suite executives to PR professionals. You will review and check press releases for grammatical and spelling errors and inconsistencies while liaising with clients to offer service and support within our Global Public Relations Platform - GlobeNewswire.

This role offers full training and the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our innovative tools and services. You will utilize and further develop your communication skills in a corporate environment while collaborating with a team of like-minded, service-oriented individuals.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Format press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy.
• Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes.
• Liaise with clients to offer service and support within our Global Public Relations Platform - Globe Newswire.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients who range from C-Suite executives to PR professionals.
• Utilize and become a subject matter expert in our innovative tools and services.
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded, service-oriented individuals.

What you should bring:

• Fluency in French and English.
• Confidence in communication and interpersonal skills, including high proficiency in written English.
• Possess solid judgment and initiative.
• General IT savviness.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekend on-call duties.
• Experience in support of complex products will be considered as an advantage.
