We are already active in Belgium, but ColorCrew continues to expand its horizons and is seeking to strengthen its team with a bilingual individual to facilitate communication and project management in the Belgian market, as we are growing at quite a pace!

About the job:

As a Bilingual Project Coordinator at ColorCrew, you will be the essential link between our unique way of working and the projects we carry out in the French speaking parts of Belgium. You will play a crucial role in recruitment management, team coordination, and project supervision. You will be the linking pin in our Belgium mission and our other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the recruitment team in hiring new (French-speaking) make-up artists, perfume promoters, and sales advisors.
• Maintain regular contact with the French-speaking part of the crew and visit ongoing projects in Belgium.
• Being the proactive ''I can fix this'' person on project or for clients.
• Work on your own project plans for new, exciting initiatives or clients.
• Organize meet and greets with new crew members.

Profile we are looking for:

• Multitasker, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
• Excellent communication skills in preferrably French and Dutch or French and English.
• Flexible - this is a new role and we together need need to find a way to make it work.

Location:

Flexible, to be discussed. Our main office is based in Alkmaar. While we have other 'remote' collages who work from Belgium, our ideal candidate lives close to our office so can visit and work with our colleagues at the office frequently.
