Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of young and enthusiastic experts, covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities in several countries.

We have multiple teams of specialists, speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian, responsible for running internal client operations at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description

The activities of the Bonding team member are various and may include:

Booking of New Business cases in the commercial tools (Agreements, KYC, ...)
Booking of partnerships exposure and commissions in the tools
Elaboration of contractual documents based on informations received form sales, account managers and head of account management
Follow-up and issuance of invoices and exposures, including associated administrative tasks
Company risk analysis as part of the KYC investigation process including screening activities, including documents collection

Ad hoc activities (specific to the SSC structure launch):

Participates in the creation / update of Bonding process Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams.
Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools;

Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required

Qualifications

Skills:

Sense of initiative and excellent time- and self-management
Flexible way of working and willingness to operate within a team
Stress-resistance and professional relationship with commercial team
Service- and solution oriented
Transparent working method
Good oral and written expression and comprehension in all required languages
Fast Knowledge Transfer and Steep Learning curve
Stable Knowledge in analyzing company information and organization sheets

Languages:

Professional level in French (B2 or C1)
Professional level in English

IT:

Computer and internet affinity, good technical understanding and ease regarding the work with varying software and applications
Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word

Education:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field

Experience:

Experience in Insurance industry or financial services
