Job DescriptionThe activities of the Bonding team member are various and may include:
- Booking of New Business cases in the commercial tools (Agreements, KYC, ...)
- Booking of partnerships exposure and commissions in the tools
- Elaboration of contractual documents based on informations received form sales, account managers and head of account management
- Follow-up and issuance of invoices and exposures, including associated administrative tasks
- Company risk analysis as part of the KYC investigation process including screening activities, including documents collection
Ad hoc activities (specific to the SSC structure launch):
- Participates in the creation / update of Bonding process Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams.
- Processes the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in the Ticketing Tools;
Participates in trainings and takes part in the transition process when required;

Languages:- Professional level in French (B2 or C1)
- Professional level in English

- Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word
Education:- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
Experience: - Experience in Insurance industry or financial services
