We are hiring Business Analyst - French Speaking

Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your role as a Business Analyst will be to guide the client in understanding their needs, to methodically translate these needs to the technical teams, and to validate the compliance of the deliverables with the client's requests. With a strong IT background and a passion for functional issues and customer satisfaction, you will act as a functional reference on multiple projects in various industries (education, HR, finance, etc.) and will be involved in establishing a BA methodology within the one of our main clients.

You will contribute to our experienced IT team and:

• Conduct workshops with clients to gather and understand requirements

• Establish and maintain a categorized list of client requirements

• Translate client needs into functional specifications for technical teams

• Write detailed functional specifications outlining the business rules

• Design functional solutions aligned with the budget and technical feasibility

• Create functional screen mockups validated with the client

• Interact with designers to implement graphic guidelines and finalize mockups

• Support developers in understanding and implementing functionalities

• Validate developed functionalities and ensure they meet client requirements

• Occasionally participate in testing to ensure functional coverage

• Regularly interact with clients throughout the projects to ensure agility in functionalities produced

• Assist clients in adopting deliverables

• Implement and refine BA methodologies

You Are a Great Candidate If You Have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with mastery of BA methodologies

• Strong understanding of application software and web concepts

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

• Ability to organize and lead workshops in French and English

• Ability to identify needs based on the client's expressed requests

• Ability to simplify technical solutions for a non-technical audience

• Comfortable with writing structured functional specifications in French and English

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JIRA / Confluence

• Understanding of the concepts of environments and application versions

• Knowledge of testing methodologies

• Understanding of UX (User Experience) concepts
