Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Join Amaris Consulting as a French Speaking Business Analyst for one of our main partners in a hybrid position based in Portugal.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals to embark on a new adventure in an international and agile environment. As a Business Analyst at Amaris, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and ensure that business needs are met through effective solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

WHAT WE WANT

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• French and English Fluent.
