We are searching for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst and French speaking, to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Draft functional specifications.
• Ensure effective communication between business and IT teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in functional analysis and writing requirements specifications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain.
• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops.
• French language - working proficiency
• Expected Deliverables:

• • Detailed functional specifications.
  • A well-structured product backlog.
  • Regular progress reporting.
