Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Management & Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all financial and budgeting topics within the department. You will be responsible for producing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, conducting gap analyses, tracking staffing movements, and collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders locally and globally. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in key Business Management & Transformation projects.

Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Management & Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all financial and budgeting topics within the department. You will be responsible for producing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, conducting gap analyses, tracking staffing movements, and collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders locally and globally. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in key Business Management & Transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Produce, deliver, and maintain financial/budget reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for department and/or team activities, both locally and globally.
- Prepare and support processes related to budget reviews, forecasts, Profit & Loss (P&L) management, and invoice processing.
- Perform gap analysis between defined targets and actual results to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose corrective measures.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
- Act as the main point of contact within the department/team for all finance-related topics, ensuring local and onshore management have clear visibility into the financial status and ongoing matters.
- Liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance) to resolve issues and collect/implement financial requirements.
Staffing & Resource Management
- Identify department/team staffing needs and maintain an accurate, up-to-date staffing file tracking all joiners, exits, and internal mobilities.
- Ensure a robust audit trail for resource tracking to facilitate future capacity planning and resource allocation.
Project Contribution
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to Business Management & Transformation (including internal communication initiatives, Green/Sustainability projects, etc.), as applicable.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory (to ensure daily contact with onshore teams and stakeholders).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, P&L statements, and budgets.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical, operational, and financial teams across different geographies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (essential for staffing and audit trail management).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
