Job Description
Bitdefender is looking for an experienced, technical professional to join the Business Services team in Bucharest.
As a member of the Business Services team, you will be responsible for the delivery (on-site or remote) of technical services to Bitdefender's global enterprise customers.
During service delivery, you will act as a link between customers' needs and Bitdefender's internal departments.
This will require close collaboration with the Business Support team, as well as with security and sales experts, in a young and competitive environment that will enrich your experience and broaden your perspective.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote professional services to plan, design, deploy, and enable customer IT teams to manage the GravityZone Enterprise solution
- Help customers quickly and reliably get Bitdefender GravityZone up and running by installing, configuring, and integrating GravityZone into the customer environment
- Liaise with clients post-sale to develop project documentation, including Statements of Work and implementation plans
- Propose product architecture solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring they are technically viable
- Actively contribute to all ongoing and new internal projects
- Provide service delivery by working closely with sales teams to understand and define clients' key business drivers and requirements
Requirements
- Administration and operational-level skills for Microsoft Windows Server (2008-2025) and Windows Desktop (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11), as well as Linux operating systems
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP protocols)
- Basic knowledge of server and desktop virtualization using modern hypervisors
- Background in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows client-server environments
- Linux/Unix server administration skills (installation, maintenance, upgrades, security)
- Good knowledge of virtual infrastructures
- At least 1 year of experience in a pre-sales/post-sales environment is considered a plus
- Self-starter with solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Language skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and French
