About the job

• As a Buyer in the Procurement Operations team, your mission is to operate on the internal clients' behalf, the buying of goods and services (Consulting and non Information Technology (IT) Services), ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas' standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target

Your Main Activities Are

• Support your clients in their purchasing requests issued through our procurement tools, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
• Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyse suppliers' offers and manage One on One negotiations
• Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
• Prepare application contracts, special conditions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas' standards and framework contracts or General Conditions
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of Experience in Administrative Support or up to 2 years of Experience in Procurement and Facilities Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to conduct a negotiation
