Buyer Support (French speaker)

Job Description:

We are now looking for a Buyer Support to onboard our GBS in Coimbra!

Responsibilities - your mission

Your role as Procurement Administrator will be to be responsible for administrative activities and support to Industrial services team in Airbus Atlantic to harmonize and robustify industrial services ordering by implementing a standardized way of working

You will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization, and will be one of the guarantors of a compliant procurement process towards the business.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure PO conformance by verifying:
  
  • The engaged amount matches contractual prices.
  • PO headers reference WPA, MSA, and Technical Specifications.
• Transforming Purchase Requests (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO).
• Setting up the "Fiche Info Achat" (FIA) in SAP to ensure proper invoicing of serial subcontracting activities.
• Creating periodic (yearly/monthly) Purchase Orders to cover serial activities.

In this frame, you will have interaction with all buyers from Industrial services team as well as services requestor for all Airbus Atlantic sites

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Have up to 5 years of work experience and the potential to be developed in the core countries in the Airbus Procurement function
• Bring experience in administration tasks and knowledge in SAP ideally.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
• Easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (SAP) and will be used to Google suite and digital tools.
• Be "delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers' satisfaction & reactivity.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Be a team player, willing to support buyers and business with rigor and reactivity.
• Act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics. In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English both written and verbal. French B2 Minimum (written and spoken).
