Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the publishing of job advertisements.
• Source the best profiles for Eviden via different channels (LinkedIn, Job Board, Career fairs, etc.)
• Pre-select the applicant or the proactively sourced profiles to match the business needs.
• Attend virtual career fairs and meetings with universities.
• Collect and record profiles from career fairs.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and follow their needs.
• Update and manage the applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Liaise closely with numerous universities.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
• Passion for and knowledge of innovative technologies and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, redefining, and complex work environment
• Intercultural awareness and ability to communicate successfully with partners from different backgrounds
• Tenacity, agility, result-orientation, and positive outlook are prerequisites for success on the job
• Proficiency in English and French
