Cash Collection Specialist with English and French

Hybrid, Krakow

This is a 2nd shift position (working hours 2-10 PM)

Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a Cash Collection Specialist with English and French to join our Invoice to Cash team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing and collecting outstanding receivables from wholesale customers, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong business relationships. What you will be doing:

Portfolio Management & Collections:

• Monitor aging reports daily, manage assigned customer portfolio, and resolve credit hold issues.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect outstanding balances, negotiate payment plans, and follow up regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and use available tools to locate unresponsive customers.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers regarding billing, orders, credit notes, or payments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CX, ITC teams, and support the Credit Manager during collection calls.

Process & Compliance:

• Support period-end processes, ensure adherence to internal policies, and update or create desktop procedures.
• Execute employee backup plans, provide on-the-job training for new joiners, and support continuous process improvements.

What you need to succeed:

• Willingness to work the second shift (2-10 PM).
• Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Min. 2 years of experience in high-volume collections.
• Proven knowledge of SAP (credit master data, sales orders, payment processing) and other collection tools.
• Practical knowledge of debt collection processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on complex cases, while cooperating effectively within the team.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and focus on continuous improvement.
