Overview: The Channel Partner Support Specialist plays a key role in enabling the Western Europe Channel Go-To-Market organization by supporting partner onboarding, system access, and operational processes. This role ensures a seamless partner experience while contributing to data accuracy, reporting insights, and overall sales productivity.

What You'll Do: - Support onboarding and setup of new channel partners across systems and tools
- Maintain data consistency across partner ecosystems and CRM platforms
- Provide partner support, including system access and issue resolution
- Analyze data trends and generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with sales, channel, and support teams to enhance partner experience
What You Need to Succeed: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner support, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese)
