Your responsibilities:
• Make/Receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests,
• Respond to customer requests in back office,
• Commercial skills according to the projects
• Ability to handle objections/complaints,
• Comfortable with various computer applications,

Ce que nous attendons de vous :
• Maitrise de la langue allemande (oral / écrit) : niveau C1 / C2 (prérequis obligatoire),
• Avoir de bonnes connaissances théoriques et pratiques niveau Informatique (prérequis obligatoire),
• Bon relationnel,
• Être proactif / force de proposition
• Expérience dans le domaine de la relation client sera une plus-value,
• Être disponible pour des horaires variables et rotatifs (40h/semaine - 8h/jour )
