About the jobCi2C Collection Lead is responsible for delivering collection services for CHC business across countries within CHC perimeter in Europe and MEA.
Main responsibilitiesOperation - Collection services
Monitor operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues to maximize financial results by period end
Review AR ageing reports
Perform collection & dunning
Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
Dispute & Claim Management - qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews
Ensure balanced workload allocation and back-up structure
Escalate issues to CI2C Credit & Revenue Partner and Head of Credit
Management & Collections
Drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with CHC policies and guidelines
Build, document and transfer Ci2C Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to Collection
People Management
Responsible for and owns employee lifecycle management of direct reports (hiring, newcomer training and onboarding, development, performance assessment & evaluation, termination)
Supervise and coach collection analysts
Provide expertise and coaching
Anticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient delivery
Select and hire employees
Evaluate employee performance, determine training needs, develop talent
Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
Motivate and reward employees by recommending salary increases, bonuses and promotions
Continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Participate in global projects as required
Requirements Functional- Broad understanding of Customer invoice to Cash process and activities
- Hands-on knowledge of collections & receivable activities
- Good business acumen
- Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical- Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Interpersonal- Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback
Leadership- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes
- Ability to organize, prioritize and structure tasks for oneself and direct reports

- Lead by example to deliver high quality service, customer satisfaction
Background- Graduate degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' experience in Collection Management preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and French language knowledge is desirable
