At Henkel, we process a largenumber of orders every day, and as you can imagine, occasional issues mayarise-such as incorrect pricing, damaged goods, or delayed deliveries. What you'll do - Analyze customer claims from France (e.g. missing, damaged, or incorrect goods, pricing discrepancies, or missing discounts).
- Investigate financial and logistical discrepancies in collaboration with colleagues in Bratislava and France.
- Propose and implement solutions for customer issues, maintaining regular communication with them.
- Perform financial accounting tasks related to customer claims and ensure accuracy of customer accounts in the SAP system.
- Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and support preventive actions.
What makes you a good fit - Active knowledge of French is essential, as you'll be in regular contact with customers and colleagues from France (Sales, Front Office, and external transport partners).
- Strong customer focus, good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- An interest in finance and familiarity with SAP is a plus
- This role is open to junior candidates. While prior experience is not required, it will help you gain a better understanding of related financial processes.

Minimum salary: XXX EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
