Claims Assistant -French speaker

The Role

What will you do?

As Platform Claims Administrator - Self financed Motor Claims your key responsibilities will be to :

• Support the activity of other claim handlers by conducting a preliminary analysis of claims files related to "mechanical breakdown" to facilitate their assessment.
• Handle incoming calls, address expectations, or transfer them to the appropriate contacts.
• Manage assigned claims files to provide the best response according to the subscribed coverage and in compliance with the internal procedures defined by the company.

You'll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:

• Ensure the accuracy of the information mentioned in each received claim file by verifying the details on the estimates (mileage, vehicle registration, etc.) and following up with contacts if the information is incomplete, and checking the validity of the contract (non-expired dates, identity of the policyholder, etc.).
• Open claim files in the application by entering the required information.

Manage assigned claim files. Depending on the amount, taking decisions, or referring the case to his/her team leader
