The Client Engagement 3 Divisions teamis responsible of knowing, engaging and loyalizing CHANEL's database of Clients in Italy. In her/his role, the Client Analyst 3 Divisions will be supporting the Client Engament team for a dedicated mission, focusing on the following topics:
1.EVENTS TARGETING & COMMUNICATION
All along 2025, in Italy several events across the Divisions will take place to recruit new clients and retain & pamper local top clients. The Client Analyst 3 Divisions (mission) will support the team in all aspects related to Targeting, Client Communication (both 1-1, 1-Few and 1-Many if planned), follow up of key client KPIs and post event analysis of clients insights.
2. CLIENTS INTELLIGENCE & INSIGHTS
Supporting the team in providing relevant insights to the business stakeholders (monthly clients insights, clienteling monitoring and client communication analysis), for each division and 3 divisions. Develop when needed ad hoc analysis for a deeper understanding of Italian clients database and clients' development activations across divisions.
3. GIFTING
Supporting the team in local guidelines development for what concerns the Gifting strategy (F&B and W&FJ) hand in hands with the business teams, as well as follow up of clients touchpoints registrations in Clienteling tools and performance analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in a CRM or analytics role, preferably in a luxury brand or similar environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and market segmentation
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools and CRM reporting
• Fluency in English and Italian; French is a plus
