JOB FUNCTION:

The Client Delivery Specialist is a key member of Xerox's Managed Print Services (MPS) organization within the EMEA Competence Center in Budapest. This is a senior customer-facing role supporting small to mid-sized B2B customers across 35 countries and 10 business languages. Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders, third-party partners, and Xerox teams across functions and geographies to ensure successful service implementation, ongoing service delivery, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction. Through proactive customer governance and operational excellence, you will play a key role in customer retention, revenue growth, and the successful delivery of Xerox's value proposition.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

• Own and manage contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in line with the Client Statement of Work (SOW).
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service delivery, customer escalations, and issue resolution.
• Deliver customer reporting, business reviews, and recommendations to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Oversee operational activities including fleet management, install base accuracy, hardware orders, device changes, consumables management, and toner reconciliation.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, email, and Client Action Logs.
• Monitor service and maintenance performance, drive corrective actions, and escalate risks where necessary to meet contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with internal Xerox stakeholders and third-party partners to successfully deliver contracted services.
• Ensure compliance with Xerox and customer policies, procedures, and governance standards while supporting Xerox's 100% Client Retention objective.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, or other customer-facing roles with accountability for customer satisfaction and SLA performance.
• Proven experience working directly with international B2B customers and mid-to-senior level business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong background in reporting, business reviews, contract-based service delivery, issue resolution, and operational governance.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, Project Management, Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, process analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

SKILLS & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Fluent Business English and proficiency in French.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with business clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, self-driven, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work across cultures, functions, and remote teams.
