Client Success Advisor- French Speaker

We are looking for a strategic and supportive partner for our clients. You will focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Providing expertise on our products and services to our clients
• Solving client queries and offering solutions
• Ensure our clients are getting the best products & solutions for their long-term strategy
• Understanding clients' needs and capturing feedback to improve products and services
• Proactively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders
• Participate in networking events.

About you

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role, with international corporate organizations.
• Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently+ any other languages like French / German/ Spanish / Italian
• A natural networker and a team player
• A passion for research and finding solutions
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
