As a Cloud Engineer at Datwave, you will grow not only by enhancing and consolidating your technical development skills but also by deepening your understanding of our clients' business challenges. Over time, you will gain the ability to translate their needs into technical requirements to build cutting-edge, high-value technological solutions.

Our Cloud Engineers are integrated into project teams where, alongside colleagues focused on Business Development, Market and Technical Research, they tackle activities such as:

• Supporting the development of use cases and business cases,
• Designing, developing, and deploying client solutions,
• Providing ongoing support, and more.

Will you be the one to join our team?
Essential Requirements:

• Solid understanding of GCP services, architecture, and best practices for designing and deploying applications on GCP.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python and Node.js.
• Knowledge of Cloud Governance and FinOps methodologies.
• Skills in application integration and API management.
• Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies and the main tools supporting related processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, especially when collaborating with engineers and developers.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud strategy, cloud adoption, and workload migration to the cloud.
• Basic understanding of managing IT architecture development processes, from requirement gathering to solution design.

• Client-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Attention to detail and resilience under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
