For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS
- Strong knowledge of IBM mainframe environments (z/OS)
- Experience maintaining and supporting large-scale enterprise applications
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in structured environments
- High level of reliability, organization and attention to detail
- English and French language skills at least a B2 level
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
